We are looking to bring on board an Associate Business Development Manager (US Programs) to provide professional services to MCD’s domestic U.S. based Business Development efforts, collaborating with the Senior Program Manager for Business Development, the MCD Communications staff members, international Business Development staff members, and U.S. based program managers to support program development and pursue new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will bring solid work experience in public health and health care preferred.
Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills and demonstrated cultural
competence are essential. Detailed knowledge of all current Microsoft Office programs required.
Data analysis skills and experience with presentation software such as Tableaux preferred

Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in public health or related field (required)
• Work experience in public health and health care preferred
• Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills
• Detailed knowledge of all current Microsoft Office programs (required)
• Data analysis skills and experience with presentation software such as Tableaux preferred
• Evidence of successful grant writing and fee for service proposal preparation.
• Evidence of collaboration across local, regional, and national systems and stakeholders.
• Evidence of project planning and management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Evidence of excellence in writing skills
• Understanding of and commitment to MCD’s mission, vision, and values.
• Highly adept with technology
• Evidence of continuing education and professional development.
• Collaborative team player; able to promote the success of colleagues, stakeholders and
community.
• Ability to exercise good judgment within a context of competing priorities, agendas, and

community.
